8. INTERNAL DOORS : All other doors will be flush doors (water proof) with concrete frames, with good quality fixtures and fastening.
9. HYGIENE FIRST : Necessary sanitary fittings such as commode, cistern, wash basin of good quality.
10. PLUMBING : Essential plumbing for water supply in kitchen, bath, basin with good quality fixtures.
11. WATER SUPPLY : 24 hours water supply from overhead tank. Separate lines for drinking water & utility water from overhead tank with provision of sump for collection of water.
12. COLOURFUL PAINTING : Internal paint with full putty and OBD on it. Oil paint on grills and doors, polish on Teak Woods. External painting will be done with waterproof paint.
13. CONCEALED WIRING : Concealed electric fitting will be done with ISI wires and Anchor switches.
